Usually when I write, I am writing from my own perspective, from my own experience. I began this song writing from a friend's perspective. Of course, a little bitof me always ends up in every song, but I find very different things come out in the music when I trying to express for someone else. Another song that I really love. It hits at the heart of the Christian message and hope. That never gets old. The song also addresses that harder, darker parts of life that we all face at some time. There is a relieft to put that into a song as well.
